Mindfulness principles are life principles that can improve our wellbeing by reducing stress, anxiety, self inflicted pressure and judgement towards ourselves and others.
It is about witnessing our thoughts and beliefs without judgement and recognising what triggers us. Once triggers are identified, we can stop ourselves and choose to react in a more compassionate way which makes us feel better.
